When is Father’s Day in Mexico?

In Mexico, Father’s Day (Día del Padre) is celebrated on the third Sunday of June annually.

On Father’s Day, we celebrate the love, wisdom, and support that dads and other father figures in our lives give. As a day to honor the extraordinary fathers who have a profound impact on their children’s lives, this touching festival is very important to Mexican families.

Furthermore, in response to Mother’s Day’s meteoric rise in popularity, Mexicans decided to start celebrating Father’s Day in 1940. Fast becoming a beloved yearly event, the day allowed families to show their appreciation and affection to fathers, grandfathers, and other father figures.
